What are the possibilities of flower arrangements in a digital space?

This is a animated visual series that explores the process of ikebana (the practice of flower arrangement), it examines human manipulation of nature and artificial elements and extends to speculate the possibilities of creating ikebana works native to the digital world.

A holographic projection is included as an extended piece of the project. It imagines the possibilities of breaking the barriers between the physical and digital, and attempts to bring physical interactions to these digitally generated pieces.
